1 1/2 lb. Ground Lean Turkey
1/2 C finely chopped onion
4T chopped garlic
1 whole egg
1 bread crust crumbled
2T finely chopped basil
1 1/2 T finely chopped oregano
Yield 3 dozen mini meatballs and some meat left over to flavor your sauce
Arrange meatballs on a greased (or Pam-sprayed) cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown. Do not wait til golden brown as turkey tends to stay a bit lighter in color.
Use the remaining meat (if you have some) to be the base of a delicious sauce to add to your balls. (coming soon)
